Well, summer is nearly over and there's a little feel of autumn in the air.  The team at Amara Spa have been super busy over the last few months getting you all prepared for your holidays and are now taking care of those of you returning home with some much deserved 'you' time to help you de-stress with our relaxing spa packages and therapies.

Yvonne Kitchner is available on Tuesdays and specialises in pregnancy massage, deep tissue and sports injuries.

Kevin Thomas is available on Fridays and also specialises in remedial, deep tissue, and sports injury massage.  He is also a qualified podiatrist and is an expert at dealing with common feet problems such as corns, bunions and nail disorders as well as more serious complaints.

Nicole de Canha - Nicole is our resident laser expert at Amara Spa, but not many of you know that she is a trained reflexologist too.  She can help you with problems such as stress, migraines and addictions such as smoking and many other concerns.  Nicole is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
